Blue Cross Blue Shield has the "Blue Edge Individual HSA" series. All Blue Cross High-Deductible plans have a $5000 per person per year benefit limit on prescription drugs. Consider these two choices:
  • Blue Edge Plan VIII - High Deductible ($5000 Individual / $10,000 family) and lowest price. Our least expensive HSA-complaint plan and a good value. 
  • Blue Edge Plan VII - Similar to Plan VIII but with a lower deductible ($3500 Individual / $7000 family).

Autographic Total Plus Rx - a High-Deductible HSA-compliant plan and includes prescription drugs. Their system defaults to the lowest possible deductible choice. Instead, select one the higher choices (you have to scroll down and "recalculate") and the price is much more reasonable and a good value.

Note: the Autographic Total Plus Rx are "pure" High-Deductible plans with no cost sharing beyond the deductible when using an "in-network" provider.

Monogram Total Plus Rx - A very high deductible ($7500 individual) and not HSA-compliant. This plan is only for folks that don't want to setup the tax-advantage Health Saving Account and are willing to have a much higher self-insured risk.
